These Terms of Service govern use of the Nomad Growth Lab website, forms, scorecards, audits, payment links, email communications, and virtual services. By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Nomad Growth Lab provides virtual marketing strategy support, scorecards, audits, quote reviews, educational resources, and related growth system services. Services are delivered asynchronously online unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Marketing outcomes vary based on the business, market, offer, audience, budget, implementation, timing, platform changes, and other factors. Nomad Growth Lab provides strategy, structure, recommendations, and deliverables, but does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, sales, growth, or specific business results.
Pricing, service scope, and delivery details are shown on the website, checkout page, or written quote. The Growth Clarity Audit may be offered at a limited-time introductory price of $97 when checkout code CLARITY100 is entered at checkout, subject to the availability and settings of the payment provider. Regular pricing may be shown for comparison and may change at any time.
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Payment must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for entering any coupon or promotional code before completing checkout.
Because audits, strategy work, and custom virtual services involve personalized review and time, payments are generally non-refundable once intake is submitted, work begins, or a custom review has started. Refund exceptions, if any, must be confirmed in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Delivery timelines begin after payment and receipt of required intake information. Delays in client responses, missing information, payment issues, platform outages, or third-party interruptions may extend timelines.
Custom quote requests do not create a service agreement until scope, price, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee or updated quote.
Nomad Growth Lab retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, website content, internal processes, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, clients may use final custom deliverables for their own business use unless otherwise stated in writing.
Services may involve third-party tools such as Netlify, MailerLite, Stripe, Google, Canva, analytics tools, or other platforms. Nomad Growth Lab is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policies, account restrictions, or platform decisions.
Nomad Growth Lab is operated with Florida as its primary service state. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where another law is required to apply. Users outside Florida or outside the United States are responsible for complying with local laws that may apply to them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nomad Growth Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, resources, recommendations, or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
